I was reading the January 2010 issue of Australian Home Beautiful the other day, & inadvertently discovered my ultimate dream home: this Vienna Way residence in Venice, California, designed & owned by Ron Radziner. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw the photographs-- it's two storeys, floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of gorgeous light, seamless indoor/outdoor living (including a pool that is bordered on three sides by the house, so it's in effect a sort of indoor feature), stunning wood features (especially the ceilings) and a sunken central kitchen/dining area, which is possibly my favourite thing EVER omg.

I would happily live there in a heartbeat, & would stay forever. I am totally & utterly besotted, sigh.
