day three's gift was made by Barbara Atwell, & is a charming little paper pixie clutching a Santa balloon & perched on a vintage children's wooden block.



it's so very cleverly done, with the dimensional elements really making it something special. thank you, Barbara-- I adore it. :)

today's package was opened to reveal Tara Finlay's creation: a handmade charm featuring gorgeous coloured ribbons & fibres, along with a snippet of text that says, "the solitude."



as someone who likes a little time out every now & again, I love the sentiment. everyone needs the opportunity to rest & recharge -- especially at this time of year :) thanks so much, Tara!
