(three mother/daughter combos: my mum & my sister, me and Lauren, & me & my mum.)
my Mother's Day began with coffee & an omelette (cooked by Lauren) & ended with a lovely drive to the beach & through the park as the sun was starting to set. the rest of the day contained gifts, sunshine, laughter & time spent with family. pretty much perfection. :)
I had tea and an omlette cooked by my husband. (My son was still in bed.) No idea what the rest of the day will be like...there's rumours of hockey on TV (*groans*) as it's the playoffs. I am trying to trump that as no mother should have to watch that under duress on Mother's day.
